We are putting down our books and picking up the paper, because this is The Mourning News!
This episode is an important one. Like the rest of Canada, and the world, we were deeply saddened to hear of the discovered remains of 215 children found at the former Kamloops Indian Residential School. We discuss the details of the developing case, what took place in residential schools, and provide resources for those looking for support or more information (see links below).
We also give an update in the Lori Vallow case, cover a story of a missing teen found safe and, of course, we include a bizarre article at the end to lighten the mood.
Check out our socials to take a closer look at these articles. Also make sure to send us stories you think should be featured on The Mourning News!
